ONBOARDING & NEW USER EXPERIENCE TEAM

As main team designer I created solutions for multichannel onboarding experiences across markets. I established relationships with product owners across the company to fill information gaps that might be critical for the onboarding experience in order achieve business goals. I sketched and discussed these outputs with stakeholders aiming to simplify high complexity systems. I facilitated multiple rounds of design reviews and established the feasibility of them. I proposed and analyzed A/B tests to iterate on improved results

NEW RESPONSIVE WEB & CMS PLATFORM

I designed the new responsive web layout and aligned the complexity of all layouts and requirements to fit into a new custom CMS created in-house.The new CMS was meant to be used by Gowth and Adqusition teams, the aim was simplicity and flexibility to test several options in fast change enviroments. Second requirement was to reduce the number of tickets in Customer Service regarding product "how it works" section and last objective was to move from a single product company (Card reader) to a multi-product offer covering all the needs of small and micro merchants.

NEW READER

As part of the design team I participated in several kick-off worshop sessions for the iconic new iZettle reader and in the very first test sessions of the physical prototype. The new reader accepts all major credit cards and contactless payments, and is also compatible with Apple Pay and Android Pay. It´s faster and more secure and the user experience ties smoothly with company's value proposition.
